Accessibility Policy

The design and layout of this website is arranged increase the accessibility to those with disabilities, including those with visual impairment.

          W3C-WAI Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 Each page on the website has been checked using tools promoted by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), home page. All priority 1 and most of the priority 2 issues have been fixed and therefore the site is considered to conform to the Double A standard of the W3C-WAI Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0

The design includes flash navigation buttons which may not be accessible to some people, however, a text only accessible page should provide access for all.

Privacy Policy

PHOTOGRAPHS: All adults, children (and parents of children), who appear in the photographs have agreed to their photographs appearing on this website. The organisors of EDDY, hold written persmissions in respect of all the children. The photographs are used to demonstrate how children are at the heart of this initiative and how they are engaged, diverted away from crime and drugs and developed through a positive approach.

Photographs MUST NOT be reproduced without the written consent of Andy Bustin, Simon Land AND the written permission of the person involved. In the case of a child, their parent or legal guardian must also agree.

E-MAILS The content of any e-mails sent to the EDDY Scheme or the webmaster will be ONLY USED for the purposes they are sent and any personal information will not be passed on to any third party, without the consent of the author.

COOKIES Every time you visit this site a cookie is unobtrusively placed on your computer. This is done automatically and in order to improve the website through statistics gathered by the counter. A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser. It acts as an anonymous identifier when you visit this site.
